Admission & Tuition 

MACS Admissions Office

St. Patrick is part of the Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools (MACS) system, under the Diocese of Charlotte Catholic Schools. Admissions for St. Patrick are handled by the MACS Office. MACS consists of all nine Catholic schools from PK-12 in the Greater Charlotte area. The Diocese of Charlotte encompasses 92 parishes and 20 schools in the 46 counties of western North Carolina, with a growing Catholic population of more than 530,000 and a student population of over 8,000.

How To Apply

1) Schedule a tour to visit St. Patrick Catholic School with your family by contacting the school directly at 704.333.3174.
 

2) The Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools (MACS) Office handles admissions, financial aid, transportation, ASEP, and summer camp for all nine Catholic schools. Visit the MACS website discovermacs.org to learn more about how to apply.

3) Apply Online. Currently MACS is in Rolling Admissions for the 2024-2025 school year.  Applications for the 2025-2026 year open on November 4th!

Tuition

Tuition rates vary based on grade level and program. All MACS tuition rates and fees are posted on the MACS website.

Financial Aid

Tuition assistance is available for qualified families who apply.

A tuition assistance plan exists for participating families with identified financial needs. The funds are reserved for tuition and capital fees only and do not include bus, activity or graduation fees. There is a separate application form that is available on the MACS website.  A student must be accepted in order to receive tuition assistance results. Grants do not cover the entire tuition cost. Not all families who apply for tuition assistance qualify.
